During the open season, our resort offers a variety of dining options to satisfy all your cravings and delight your taste buds. Wether you prefer basking in the sun on our terrace deckchairs or sitting comfortably indoors in our dining room, we have you covered.

Because sharing a good meal in a friendly atmosphere is part of the very spirit of the Pyrenees, offering local, high-quality products and homemade cuisine is essential to us. 


A self-service restaurant

Located at the base of the slopes, the self-service restaurant is accessible without a ski pass.
The chef offers a variety of daily specials such as veal blanquette, beef with carrots, couscous, lasagna, Basque-style chicken and a wide selection of deserts - all homemade using local products! 

The self-service restaurant is open every day during the ski season, from 12 PM to 2 PM outside school holidays, and from 11:45 AM to 3 PM on weekends and holidays.

The ice bar
The ice bar, located at the top of the Saint-André ski lift at over at the arrival point of the Saint-André lift, at an altitu, meters altitude, offers an unparalleled view of the majestic Taillon mountain. Discover more here !

Bar and Cabanon: snack terrace

The resort features a cozy bar - perfect for warming up with a hot chocolate and a croissant or quenching your thrist with a local beer. 
The bar is open daily during the ski season from 9 AM to 5 PM.

For a wider lunch selection on the terrace or to take away, the resort's snack bar, "Le Cabanon" has expanded and been revamped. Alongside classic sandwiches and hot dogs, you'll now find a great variety of grilled dishes (local valley lamb, pork belly, sausages) and homemade burger. 

Don't miss the must-try blueberry crêpes for an afternoon treat!

Le Cabanon is open daily from 12 PM to 5 PM, weather permitting.


The picnic room

The resort allows you to bring and enjoy picnicin a sheltered area. A heated picnic room (salle hors-sac) is available free of charge and open every day during the ski season. Please note that it may occasionally be reserved for group use.
Inside this picnic room, you'll also find a permanent exhibition dedicated to speed skiing in Gavarnie. On the walls, discover the legend of the wooden totem that overtooks the station's terrace.

Here's a tasty tip!

For a full day of relaxation, don't bother carrying a picnic - treat yourself to our SKI + MEAL package !

Just ask for it at the ticket when you arrive. You'll receive your ski pass along with a voucher for a meal at the restaurant.
